I. КОМПЛЕКС ОСНОВНЫХ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИК ПРОГРАММЫ
1. ПОЯСНИТЕЛЬНАЯ ЗАПИСКА
Нормативно-правовые акты
Программа разработана в соответствии с:
- Федеральным законом от 29.12.2012 № 273-ФЗ «Об образовании в Российской Федерации».
- Приказом Минпросвещения РФ от 27.07.2022 № 629 «Об утверждении Порядка организации и осуществления образовательной деятельности по дополнительным общеобразовательным программам».
- Концепцией развития дополнительного образования детей до 2030 года (распоряжение Правительства РФ от 31.03.2022 № 678-р).
- Методическими рекомендациями по разработке дополнительных общеразвивающих программ (Письмо Минпросвещения РФ от 23.01.2026 № АБ-254/06).
- Санитарными правилами СП 2.4.3648-20, СанПиН 1.2.3685-21.
- Уставом МБОУ СШ №11, Положением об оказании платных услуг.
Актуальность программы
В условиях глобализации владение английским языком становится ключевым навыком для коммуникации, профессиональной ориентации и личностного развития. Программа удовлетворяет потребность учащихся 5 классов в углублённом лингвострановедческом материале, выходящем за рамки школьного предмета, и формирует устойчивую мотивацию к изучению языка через знакомство с культурой, традициями, историей и повседневной жизнью Великобритании.
Направленность – социально-гуманитарная, вид деятельности – лингвистика.
Уровень программы – стартовый (предполагает общедоступные формы, минимальную сложность, формирование первичных знаний о стране изучаемого языка).
Адресат программы – учащиеся 11–12 лет (5 класс). Группы формируются по желанию, на основе заявления родителей. Количественный состав – до 16 человек.
Объём и сроки освоения – 60 часов, 1 год.
Режим занятий – 2 раза в неделю по 1 академическому часу (45 минут). Допускается использование астрономического часа (60 мин) при условии соблюдения санитарных норм (не более 2 раз в неделю).
Форма обучения – очная.
Педагогическая целесообразность
Программа построена на принципах коммуникативного подхода, активного использования игровых и проектных методов. Учебный материал адаптирован к возрастным особенностям (интенсивное развитие абстрактного мышления, потребность в социальном взаимодействии). Сочетание теории и практики (50/50) позволяет закрепить навыки через реальные жизненные ситуации: составление диалогов, викторины, творческие проекты.
Новизна программы – интеграция лингвострановедения с активными формами обучения (квесты, инсценировки, виртуальные экскурсии, проектная деятельность). Результатом становится не только знание языка, но и сформированный устойчивый интерес к культуре англоговорящих стран.
2. ЦЕЛЬ И ЗАДАЧИ ПРОГРАММЫ
Цель: развитие индивидуальности и коммуникативных навыков обучающихся через изучение лингвострановедческого материала по английскому языку.

Программа состоит из 10 тематических разделов. Содержание каждого раздела включает теорию (лекции, беседы, просмотр видео) и практику (игры, диалоги, творческие задания).

Предметные результаты
К концу обучения обучающийся сможет:
- вести диалог-расспрос (5 реплик) на темы «Семья», «Школа», «Праздники», «Еда»;
- составлять монологическое высказывание (6 фраз) с опорой на картинку или текст;
- воспринимать на слух адаптированный текст (до 1 минуты) с извлечением основной информации;
- читать про себя текст объёмом 180–200 слов (с пониманием запрашиваемой информации);
- писать личное электронное письмо (до 60 слов) и заполнять анкету;
- называть не менее 5 достопримечательностей Лондона, 3 национальных праздника, 2 традиционных блюда, 3 британских писателя.
Метапредметные результаты
- Сравнивать культурные особенности России и Великобритании (праздники, этикет, школьные традиции).
- Осуществлять рефлексию собственной деятельности (заполнение дневника достижений).
- Работать в группе, распределять роли при подготовке проектов.
Личностные результаты
- Проявление уважения к культуре других народов, интереса к языку как средству межкультурного общения.

Программу реализует учитель английского языка, имеющий высшее профильное образование или прошедший курсы повышения квалификации в области преподавания английского языка как иностранного. Допускается привлечение носителя языка (гостевые лекции).

- Компьютер с выходом в интернет, интерактивная панель (или проектор), колонки.
- Библиотека электронных образовательных ресурсов по английскому языку (5 класс).
- Комплект дидактических плакатов (символы, карта, достопримечательности).
- Расходные материалы: бумага А4, стикеры, маркеры, фломастеры, канцелярия для творческих работ.
- Возможность проведения чаепития (посуда, чайник).

Финансовые условия
Программа реализуется за счёт средств родителей (законных представителей) согласно договору об оказании платных образовательных услуг. Основные статьи расходов: печать рабочих листов, приобретение расходных материалов, гонорары приглашённым спикерам (возможно на безвозмездной основе).
8. ВОСПИТАНИЕ
Цель воспитания – развитие личности обучающегося, формирование российской гражданской идентичности, уважения к культурному многообразию мира.
Задачи воспитания:
- Способствовать принятию традиционных ценностей (патриотизм, семья, доброта).
- Создавать условия для проявления инициативы, ответственности, взаимопомощи в группе.
- Формировать навыки безопасного поведения в виртуальной и реальной коммуникации.
Целевые ориентиры:
- Обучающийся знает основные нормы речевого этикета, умеет вежливо обращаться и благодарить.
- Проявляет интерес к культуре и истории англоговорящих стран без чувства превосходства или умаления своей культуры.
- Участвует в коллективных проектах, помогает товарищам.
Формы и методы воспитания:
- Беседы о традиционных ценностях.
- Коллективные творческие дела (конкурсы, чаепития, поздравления).
- Кейс-метод (как поступить в ситуации межкультурного общения).

Great Britain
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is situated on two large islands called the British Isles. The largest island is Great Britain, which consists of three parts: England, Scotland and Wales. The smaller island is Ireland and there are about five thousand small islands.
The country’s shores are washed by the Atlantic Ocean, the North Sea and the Irish Sea. The English channel separate Great Britain from the continent.
The total area of the U.K. is 244.000 square kilometers with a population of 56 million. It is one of the most populated countries in the world. The greater part of the population is urban. About 80 percent of people live in numerous towns and cities. More than seven million people live in London area. Very often the inhabitants of The United Kingdom and Northern Ireland are called English.
The surface of the British Isles varies very much. There are many mountains in Scotland, Wales and northwest of England but they are not very high. Ben Nevis in Scotland is the highest mountain. Scotland is also famous for its beautiful lakes.
The mountains in Great Britain are not very high. There are many rivers in Great Britain, but they are not very long. The Themes is the deepest, the longest and the most important river in England.
The United Kingdom is a highly developed industrial country. It produces and exports machinery, electronics, textile. One of the main industries of the country is shipbuilding.

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is the official name of the state which is situated on the British Isles. So Great Britain is often called «Britain» or «the United Kingdom», or «The UK». It consists of four countries which are England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The UK is separated from France by the English Channel and Strait of Dover. Everyone who was born in the UK is considered British. The UK population is concentrated in England. In Britain the Queen is the head of the state, but she doesn’t rule the country.
The capital of the Northern Ireland is Belfast. The national flag of Ireland represents diagonal red cross on a white field. It’s Saint Patrick’s Cross. The national symbol is a green shamrock (кислица).
The capital of Wales is Cardiff. The national symbol is a yellow daffodil (нарцисс). The national flag is white and green with a red dragon on it.
The capital of Scotland is Edinburgh. People who live in Scotland speak Scots and English. There are a lot of beautiful lakes in Scotland. But the most famous of them are Loch Lomond and Loch Ness. The national emblem of Scotland is a thistle (чертополох). The national flag is a blue field with white diagonal crossed stripes. It’s Saint Andrew’s Cross.
