Данное мероприятие разработано для учащихся 6-7 классов.
Наглядность:
- презентация Power Point «How well do you know Great Britain?»
Оборудование:
- компьютер;
- видеопроектор.
Воспитательные цели:
- воспитание уважительного отношения к народу-носителю языка;
- воспитание чувство уважения друг к другу, доброжелательность, толерантность, умение работать в команде, чувство товарищества и сопереживания;
- воспитание инициативности и активности.
Развивающие цели:
- развитие логического мышления, воображения, памяти учащихся, наблюдательности;
- развитие у учащихся коммуникативно-игровые способности;
- развитие языковой догадки.
Образовательные цели:
- расширение кругозора учащихся;
- практика умений слушать, читать.
Ход мероприятия
— Hello boys and girls! Today we have an unusual lesson. We are going to have a quiz ‘How well do you know Great Britain?’
— We have two teams: the1st team is called “America” and the 2nd team is called “England”. And now let’s listen to the rule of the game.
We have 6 topics:
- London
- The UK
- Riddles
- Colours
- Holidays
- Famous people
— The 1st team should choose the topic and the point and then answer the question. You’ll have one card (as many points as the question) for each correct answer. You have 30 seconds to discuss it. But if your answer is wrong, the other team could give its answer. At the end of the lesson we’ll count your points and choose the winner.
Правила игры: Участник (или группа, если класс разделён на группы) выбирает тему и «стоимость» вопроса. Если он правильно отвечает, то данное количество баллов ему прибавляется, если неправильно отвечает другая команда. Задача – набрать большее количество баллов.
